Present Simple and Present Continuous
We use the Present Simple for:
• facts that don't change
• routines and habits
Time expressions: never, hardly ever, sometimes, often, usually, every day/week, most days
We use the Present Continuous for:
• things happening now
• temporary situations
Time expressions: at the moment, (right) now, these days, today, this morning/year
